CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the best use of our service providers' time, please make any changes to your appointment by texting or calling ‪(614) 300-5821‬ during business hours (10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.). If you cancel or miss an appointment without providing at least 24 hours' notice, a fee of 75% of the service cost will be charged and is non-refundable. Unpaid fees may affect your ability to book future appointments. Please note that failing to confirm your appointment does not qualify as a cancellation.
